Identification Policy
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Arrival Time Policy
We strongly recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to avoid losing time on the cruise
Number Of Guests Policy
Government regulations require we count each guest on our yachts, including minors of ALL ages. Please do not exceed the yacht’s capacity. Extra people will not be allowed to board.
Obligation Protocols Policy
When booking a yacht with RSY Yachts in Dubai, clients must comply with the regulations set by the UAE Coast Guards. It is mandatory for clients to provide a valid form of identification such as their passport, a copy of their passport, UAE Resident Permit, or UAE driver’s license before boarding the yacht. Clients are required to confirm the number of guests accompanying them at least 24 hours before the scheduled. It is recommended for clients to inform us about the age groups of their guests, especially if children are included in the party. The yacht will be considered officially handed over once the client and their guests have boarded the vessel along with their luggage. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the safety of their children while on board. For groups consisting of one adult and a child (or children) under the age of eighteen, it is advisable to book a professional crew member for assistance if a family friend is not available to accompany them. Please inform us at the time of booking if this situation applies to you.
RSY Yachts will not be held accountable for any liabilities or additional expenses incurred due to injury, illness, or death. We also do not accept liability for any personal harm or injuries sustained by you or your guests during recreational activities on or off the yacht, including sports, fishing, swimming, and other similar activities.

Therefore, in the event unsafe weather conditions, our captains will carefully assess the situation to ensure a and enjoyable experience for all. If the weather conditions are deemed unsafe for the tour to proceed, it may be postponed or canceled.
Rest assured that every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay in Dubai. However, if rescheduling is not possible, you will have the option to receive a voucher for a future trip with us. We want to make sure that you have the opportunity to enjoy a memorable yacht experience with us, even in unforeseen circumstances.

Deposit and Insurance Terms & Condition
Reservation Policy
When booking an RSY Yacht in Dubai, please be advised that a 50% down payment is required to your reservation and confirm your booking. Failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation your reservation without prior notice.
Public Holidays
Please note that public holidays such as New Year’s Eve, Formula 1 races, and Eid celebrations are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of reservation for these special occasions.
Insurance Coverage
Our yachts are covered by insurance as per the current year’s Price List. This insurance includes Compulsory Passenger Insurance and Compulsory Third-Party Insurance. It is important to note that personal belongings of passengers are not covered by this insurance. Any damages caused by gross negligence or intentional actions by guests will not be eligible for insurance compensation.
Security Deposit
Prior to boarding the yacht, guests are required to pay a security deposit either in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). This deposit will be fully refunded after the trip, unless there is any damage to the yacht or its equipment. In such cases, the deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or lost items.

Payment Options Policy for Yacht Booking in Dubai
Secure Your Yacht Charter with Ease
When it comes to booking a luxurious yacht experience in Dubai, convenience is key. At RSY Yachts, we offer a variety of payment options to make the process as seamless as possible. Whether you prefer to pay by cash, cheque, or bank transfer, we have you coveredPayment Options:
Cash: We accept cash payments for your yacht booking on the day of your trip. Simply bring the agreed upon amount with you, and our team will handle the rest.
Cheque: If you prefer to pay by cheque, please ensure that the cheque is delivered to us at least 5 days before your scheduled charter. This allows us to process the payment in a timely manner.
Bank Transfer: For added convenience, we also accept payments via bank transfer. If you choose this option, we kindly request that 100% of the total charter value is transferred to our account at least 7 working days prior to your trip. Be sure to send us the transfer receipt by fax or email for confirmation.

Damage Liability and Fines Policy
Liability for Damage to RSY Yachts Equipment
When renting equipment or watercraft from RSY YACHTS for your yacht booking, it is essential to understand the responsibility that comes with it. In the event of damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear, the undersigned is liable to cover the costs of any necessary repairs to the equipment. This includes damages caused by negligence, acts, or omissions of the unders.
Financial Responsibility for Repairs
If the equipment becomes decommissioned due to the undersigned’s actions, they are obligated to pay RSY YACHTS for the costs incurred. Failure to rectify the damage within the agreed upon time frame will result in RSY YACHTS engaging a third party for repairs, with the full financial and legal liability falling on the undersigned. A minimum payment of 2500 AED is required in case of any accidents.
Compensation for Business Loss
In the event that the damage is significant and the Jet Ski/Yacht/Boat needs to be kept in the service station for more than two days, the undersigned must compensate with a payment of 500 AED per day for the total duration of the repair. This is to cover the business loss incurred during those days.
Understanding of Restricted Areas
By signing the agreement, the undersigned acknowledges that they are fully aware of the restricted areas along the trip route and agrees not to enter those areas. Any fines or penalties issued as a result of entering restricted areas will be the sole responsibility of the undersigned.

Our Refund Policy ensures a seamless booking experience for our clients
At RSY Yacht Booking, we understand the importance of clear and transparent refund policies to provide peace of mind to our clients. Our Refund Policy is designed to outline the process and conditions under which refunds are provided in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Percentage based on Timing
72 Hours prior to the booking date time: Clients are eligible for a 100% refund of the total charter amount if a cancellation is made within this timeframe.
48 Hours prior to the booking date and time: A 50% refund of the total charter amount can be processed if a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the booking date and time.
24 Hours prior to the booking date and time: Clients will be refunded 100% of the total charter amount if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking date and time.
Replacement Yacht or Refund Guarantee
In the unfortunate event that we are unable to provide the booked yacht due to reasons beyond our control, such as unseaworthiness from previous charters or other unforeseen circumstances, we offer the following options to our clients:
Providing a yacht of equivalent standard/capacity
Refunding the full charter fee
Assisting in rescheduling the trip
Clients are not entitled to make any further claims for damages in such situations.
Captain’s Authority and Safety Measures
Clients are required to acknowledge and respect the captain’s authority during the trip. The captain has sole authority over all navigational affairs, onboard equipment, and activities deemed unsafe. Any antisocial behavior will not be tolerated, and the captain reserves the right to inform the authorities and end the trip if necessary.

Music Policies
- Loud music is not permitted within Dubai Marina
- Moderate music is allowed in the Lagoon area
- Reasonably loud music allowed on the 2nd Level, while only light music on the 3rd Level
- For sailing into Open Sea, reasonably loud music can be played if weather permits
Liquor and Others Policy
- UAE laws on serving and consuming liquor apply
- Belly dancing or obscene acts are not allowed on the yacht
- Swimming permitted for smaller gatherings with engines off, restricted in windy weather
- Captain’s decision is final for safety and law compliance
- Client responsible for fines imposed for breach of laws or terms of the contract
In compliance with Dubai Marina Regulations, booking a yacht in Dubai comes with specific guidelines and policies. When it comes to music, loud music is not allowed within the marina premises. Moderate music is permitted in the Lagoon area. On the 2nd level of the yacht, reasonably loud music can be played within enclosed spaces. However, on the 3rd level, only light music is allowed. If weather conditions allow, sailing into the Open Sea permits reasonably loud music to be played.
In terms of liquor and other policies, all standard UAE laws regarding serving and consuming liquor must be followed. Belly dancing or any indecent acts are strictly prohibited on the yacht. Swimming is only allowed for smaller gatherings, with engines turned off. In windy weather conditions where engines must remain on even when anchored, guests are not permitted to swim. The captain holds the final decision regarding the safety of guests and adherence to laws.
Should there be any fines imposed by the authorities due to breach of laws or regulations, the client is liable for covering them. RSY YACHTS reserve the right to recover any fines, penalties, or revenue loss resulting from the client’s violation of local laws or terms of the contract.
